I have noticed a huge difference when I don’t use this product. I decided to give it a “test” to see how my body felt. After a week or so I began to notice the changes. I have a lot of trouble falling asleep, and have been on many over the counter and prescription sleep aids over the last 15 years. The problem was I always woke up groggy with what felt like a chemical hangover, and I had to get a couple of cups of coffee in me before I could function. When I started using this tincture I was able to fall asleep and woke up feeling great. A lot of days I’m at work before I realize I haven’t had my coffee yet. I have also been waking up a lot of days before my alarm even goes off. Which is nice because I lived by my alarm even on my days off before. It took me a couple of days to figure out the best dosage for me which is actually less than the recommended dosag, so one bottle lasts a long time. I have been using it four four months now and it is still working great. My wife also take it now when she has trouble falling asleep and it works great for her as well.
